Nirek Resources Inc. Raising $2.0 Million for Exploration Programs

Ontario, Canada –September 11, 2007 – Nirek Resources Inc. (‘Nirek’) (Frankfurt: 3N6) is pleased to report that it is in negotiations to raise a minimum of CND$2,000,000 for its exploration program in the Kirkland Lake projects. This private placement offering will consist of flow-through shares to be priced at a minimum premium of fifteen percent of current market conditions. This will present investors with extremely favourable tax and capital gain benefits. Proceeds of the private placement will be used for exploration of the Gosselin Veins project, Kirana Goldfields project and any new project, option payments on Nirek's mineral properties, general and administrative expenses and working capital.

Nirek is continuing to evaluate projects that are being presented to its executive management team and is confident that it will achieve its mandate of interests in at least 5 projects before year-end.

Nirek is finalizing drilling dates on the Kirana Goldfields – “Kirana Break” project and Gosselin Veins project.
