Nirek Resources Inc. Finalizes Joint Venture On Kirkland Goldfields Gold 
Ontario, Canada –August 14, 2007 – Nirek Resources Inc. (‘Nirek’) is pleased to report that it has completed successful negotiations to joint venture on fifty percent of Kirkland Goldfields gold mine with its local Canadian Partner. Nirek has the right to acquire the leases of these mines.
The Kirkland Goldfields gold mine is located in a world-renowned Canadian region of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt Timmins-Kirkland near James Bay Gold Area for its high-grade gold deposits. It is located directly adjacent to “TSX Listed Kirkland Lake Gold” successful gold mines.
According to previous documentation, the multiple rich vein deposits of the Kirkland Goldfields gold mine located between 250 feet down to 360 feet, the first of Nirek’s acquisitions in the enormous Kirana Break deposit, claim a current indicated resource of approximately 50,000 tonnes of contained gold with reported grades averaging 16.5g/t Au.
According to Richard Ross, President of Nirek, “We are extremely excited with this property in the Kirkland region, and to have the rights to acquire these gold mines”. Nirek plans to become a major operator within the Kirkland Goldfields property, with initial discussions on-going to expand its presence further into the majority of untouched and key deposit zones.
