Corporate Overview 
Nirek Resources Inc. (“Nirek”) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 3N6) is a Canadian based exploration company that is focused on exploring for precious and base metals in US and Canada. Canada possesses some of the world's most prolific new minerals discoveries and has a progressive policy towards mineral taxation and mine development.
Currently, Nirek is involved in several major exploration project in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt Timmins-Kirkland Gold Area. One of the world’s largest and richest gold producing area (200,000,000+ oz.) is the Abitibi Greenstone Belt located in Canada within the Northern Regions of the Provinces of Ontario and Quebec near James Bay.
This area has produced to date over two hundred million (200) ounces of gold with several major mines producing over twenty to seventy million ounces of gold each.
The Greenstone Belt consists essentially of Early to Middle Precambrian (Archean-age) metamorphosed volcanic & sedimentary rocks that have been intruded by felsic plutons and mafic/ultramafic stocks & plugs. All the aforementioned rock types have been cut by younger (Proterozoic-age) mafic dikes (diabase, olivine diabase). Mafic metavolcanics are a common host rock for gold deposits throughout the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Gold-bearing quartzankerite veins present therein occur in fracture/breccia zones; that is, they locally are structurally controlled.
